My original plan was a 999 unlimited plan and when i asked the customer care service they said that the plan will remain the same in 4G too.. But then by the end of the month i was charged rs3002.. I called the customer care and told them about all of it but they said that there is no unlimited plan for 4G and i will have to pay the entire amount.. I said that i was told by one of their customer care guy that the plans will remain the same for 4G as it was for 3G. But they said that it is not possible and i will have to pay the entire amount..i refused to pay and now they are filing a legal case on me.. This is the kind of treatment reliance is giving to its customers!
