MINE BROKE DOWN TWICE IN 30-45 DAYS BUT THEY DON'T CARE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT EVEN AFTER CONSTANT FOLLOW UP.

This is in regard to the above mentioned complain number. I registered my complain about the non functioning of my Laser Printer Model: SP 100.
Its been more than 12 days since the complain has been lodged, and when every time on calling up the customer to ask for the status- I am being told that 'the executive will visit you today for sure' but this 'TODAY' is something that is not been realized till date by any of your executives.
I am writing this mail just to bring to your notice that I am also writing a mail to consumer forum and other private organizations who takes care & customer's grievances, I infact warned the customer care executive about it, if no action was taken seriously. Now I am being forced to bring your negligence in public domain.
